Ts25 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using ts25's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ts25 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ts25 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the ts25 platform who are domiciled in or accessing the service from Malaysia. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
This platform is intended for adult users aged 18 and above only. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.
Account Creation, Verification & Security
Registration Requirements
Each user may only register and hold one active account on ts25. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of any available balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, phone number, and active email address.
Identity Verification
Ts25 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of platform use, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be required include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other valid identification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials, including your password, confidential. ts25 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities and Usage Restrictions
As a ts25 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate the platform
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or promotions
- Launching attacks on the platform’s infrastructure, including attempts to breach data security
- Using your account for money laundering or any transactions linked to illegal activities
- Distributing content that is seditious, obscene, or in violation of Malaysian law
- Using VPNs or other methods to conceal your true location in order to deceive the platform
Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance freezing, and legal action where applicable. ts25 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the ts25 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies directly. Supported payment methods include FPX, DuitNow Transfer, and local bank transfers. Full details of available payment methods can be found in the deposit section of your account.
Deposit Process
Deposits made via FPX and DuitNow are typically credited to your account within minutes. ts25 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time. Users are advised to check the current limits before making a transaction.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the ts25 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the chosen method. ts25 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal that requires further review for security or compliance reasons.
Bonuses & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
Ts25 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. ts25 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or system errors.
Ts25's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the active balance held in the user's account at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ts25 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the intellectual property of ts25 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from ts25.
Third-Party Links & Services
The ts25 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services, such as game providers or payment gateways. ts25 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ts25 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or a threat to platform security. In cases of closure not caused by a user violation, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the ts25 support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days once the required identity verification is complete.
Changes to These Terms
Ts25 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the ts25 platform will be resolved in accordance with procedures established under Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia for the resolution of any dispute.
